Quality of mirror was ok. Didn't stand up straight, sat wonky (leaning forward).
Was very hard to get seller to cooperate, did not want to give me a replacement or full refund, took a lot of back and forth (began with 10% refund, then 15%, then 50%, and claiming they had no more in stock, etc whilst i was asking for a replacement). Finally after much back and forth, the seller agreed to a replacement and refund due to my efforts. After giving me a refund and telling me my product would not be shipped to me for almost a month, I checked again when it would be shipped. They are now refusing to give me a replacement and telling me to buy the product again due to the fact they refunded it, even though they had agreed to a replacement in addition. Very poor customer service, not pleased.
