    It's a nIce ring, but the App drains your battery very quickly, especially if it's left running in the background, so be warned.

    What I've been doing is opening the app a couple of times a day, then the RIng and App sync up nicely. The battery seems to last well, but the downside of the above issue is that there is no notification when it's running low.

    UPDATE - Stopped charging, so sending back for refund. Shame, but there you go.

    Having been warned about the erratic sizing I spent loads of time investigating and finally bought one. It does everything it says and the results are comparable to those I get from my watch, but it was too big. I held it in place with a silicone band.
    After 6 months I managed to buy the same brand one size smaller. It's TEENY.
    Be aware. Erratic sizing.

    Despite factory resets and disconnections the ring stops recording sleep pattern at midnight. I have had it for a fortnight now and it seems to record my steps well enough although it updates somewhat randomly.

The price is its best feature and despite comments above it's value for money if you just want to record steps sadly I really wanted to track my sleeping patterns.
