Step 1: sanitize your roller

Disinfect your derma roll by soaking it in 70 percent Trusted Source isopropyl alcohol for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 2: wash your face

Thoroughly cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser with a balanced pH. If you are using a dermaroll with needles longer than 0.5mm, be sure to wipe your face with 70 percent isopropyl alcohol before rolling.

STEP 3: APPLY ACTIVE INGREDIENT

Now you apply the desired serum or ampoule, which you would like to work into the skin with the derma roller. You don't have to wait until the serum is absorbed, you can start needling straight away.

STEP 4: ROLL THE DERMA ROLLER

Depending on your skin tolerance and sensitivity, roll 6 to 8 times in one direction and lift the roller after each pass. So roll in one direction. Lift up. To repeat. Lifting the derma roll after each pass prevents the dreaded "marks" that make you look like a cat has scratched your face. By the end of this entire process, you should have rolled over each area 12 to 16 times - 6 to 8 horizontally, 6 to 8 vertically.

Step 5: clean and disinfect your derma roll

Clean your derma roll with dish soap. Create a soapy water mixture in a plastic container, then swivel vigorously around the roller to make sure the roller doesn't touch the sides. The reason we use detergents like dish soap right after rolling is because alcohol doesn't dissolve the proteins found in skin and blood. Re-disinfect your derma roll by soaking it in 70 percent isopropyl alcohol for 10 minutes. Put it back in the bag, kiss it, and keep it in a safe place.

Step 6: resume your basic skin care routine

Use products that focus on hydration, healing, and increasing collagen production to take your results to the next level. The best thing to do after rolling is to use a sheet mask. Follow up derma rolling with a basic skin care regimen. That means no chemical peels or active ingredients such as benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, tretinoin, etc.

Many cheaper dermarollers use titanium disks instead of needle, this roller utilises individual needle which is better for you skin in the long term and this is what actual dermatologists use. If you are going to invest in a dermaroller, make sure it's individual needles like this for the sake of your skin. I can't be sure that this is making any difference but I'm happy with the way my skin looks and I like using it. I will buy again as they need to be replaced regularly.     As you read and hear on most YouTube videos. These do some damage as they enter the skin at an angle as you roll them.

    I’ve been using this to strengthen my beard alongside minoxidil twice daily.

    I’ve now upgraded to a derma pen and it is far superior.

    The good thing about this, is it’s quick and easy to roll in large open areas of the face.

    But when you want to pin point an area say a wrinkle or your top lip for your moustache.

    Then it’s virtually impossible.

    Also it’s difficult to know how much pressure to put down when you use it.

    Because you can hold off a bit if it’s hurting etc. where as a derma pen has the same repeated action over and over and you don’t have to put any pressure.

    Il dermaroller è progettato da un'azienda americana che produce in Cina. Salta subito all'occhio l'alta qualità del prodotto, non sembra per niente una cinesata. Viene fornito un libretto di istruzioni di ben 16 pagine (scritto solo in inglese) molto esplicativo. Il dermaroller è custodito in un guscio di plastica riutilizzabile, utilissimo perché evita che gli aghi vengano a contatto con sporcizia ma soprattutto perché protegge la forma degli aghi stessi da danni accidentali. A questo prezzo mi sarei aspettato molto meno, invece sono rimasto stupito dalla qualità generale e dalla cura del prodotto.

    Habe mich viel belesen und verglichen und war zu dem Entschluss gekommen diesen Dermaroller auszuprobieren. Viele andere Dermaroller haben gefälschte Rezensionen (genauso wie die meisten Vitamin C Seren usw - ich rate in der Online Apotheke ein hochwertiges Produkt mit wenigen Inhaltsstoffen zu kaufen). Habe es nach, bisher nur der 1. Anwendung, nicht bereut. Keine Nadel verbogen (es sind wirklich einzelne Nadeln und keine Scheiben) und er macht einen wirklich soliden Eindruck trotz Made in China, rollt super. Man sollte wirklich zu Titannadeln greifen, da Stahl rostet bzw. sich doch leicht verbiegen kann. Sollte dieser Roller doch böse Überraschungen mitbringen werde ich meine Rezension auf jeden Fall updaten. So far so good.
