  • 1.Please leave the ice machine upright for more than one hour before using it for the first time.

    2.Please make sure to leave at least 4 inches clearance on all sides of the ice maker for proper air circulation.

  • The ice machine has a foam layer for effective heat insulation, ensuring that the machine consumes less power. However, it is not very effective in preserving ice cubes. It is recommended that you transfer the excess ice cubes for storage.

  • On initial power-up, the unit doesn’t cool quickly. Also, high operating temperatures or larger ice sizes extend ice-making time. It takes about 6-10 minutes per cycle. Ice forms faster once the machine stabilizes or with cold water.

  • Regularly clean the ice machine (weekly recommended). Use the self-cleaning function or deep clean by opening the lid and wiping with a wet towel to prevent mineral and dirt buildup affecting ice taste and cleanliness.

  • There is still a small amount of water in the ice maker, but not enough for a cycle of ice making will cause a water shortage reminder. Please add water in time.

I purchased this as a replacement to an ice machine that stopped working... this is so much better than the one I had, firstly, although it has the same capacity, its more compact and takes up less room on the work top, it looks smart, and it's great to see the ice being made and in the tray. Set up was really easy, you run the machine on a self clean cycle, then you're good to go. I use shops own bottled water in the machine (as the water in London is really hard and scales up really quick), the ice churns out really quick and is a good size, I've being making and bagging it up and keeping in the freezer. The machine is relatively quick compared to my previous machine. The ice these 'at home' ice machines make do melt alot quicker than shop bought ice so that's something handy to know if you are purchasing as your first ice machine, but you pretty much have constant ice churning out. My attached video shows the noise the machine makes as it's making ice, the machine in the basket is whats sat there for an hour or so.

    I wasn't sure what to expect from such a low priced machine but was pleasantly surprised.
    This machine produces a lot of ice quite quickly, I tried it on the small setting first then on large, I prefer the large but it's just a personal preference thing.
    I bagged up the ice I made and stuck it in the freezer.
    No doubt when family arrive for Christmas we'll get through a fair amount and in the summertime it will work it's socks off.
    It's so easy to use, I didn't even read the instructions. It fits on the worktop no problem and lives in the pantry when we aren't using it.

    I replaced this for a larger version from another company. Although the ice cubes are smaller, it’s a far more compact design, it’s quiet, doesn’t use a lot of electricity and is easy to clean. I have had it running night and day from the day I bought it and it has never failed me. I clean it monthly with nothing more than water and white vinegar, giving it a wipe down and rinse after. It’s ideal for daily use, although probably too small if you were thinking of using it for large parties.
