    Needed a new HDMI switcher for my PC and consoles on my desk, so far this has worked perfectly and the cool blue LED on the front is welcome after the overly bright and ghastly green LED's I've had on the last few, the remote is nice and responsive too.

    Add some sticky rubber pads to the bottom of this unit as it has no feet, stops the metal case or surface its on getting scratched.

    Was using the switch for a few days, had received it but not gotten to set it up yet. Then noticed the remote was not working and planned to review and contact for help with that.
    Then today the tv was working fine with the switch for a few hours then just stopped all of a sudden...
    Tested the HDMI cables, replaced them to be sure there was no issue,
    Checked the Power to ensure it was still getting power, all to no avail,

    Power is on however it is no longer sending signal to the tv from devices,
    Had to request a refund from Amazon who where helpful in the end with getting a refund.

    Would not advise buying this switch or brand

    Its a sleek looking sturdy bit of kit, definitely nicely built and packaged BUT ..

    Does not detect PS4 or Analogue Pocket dock, for starters. Have 2 HDMI slots and lucky can plug those aforementioned devices into existing generic switcher on the 2nd slot.

    It did however work fine with 2 old retro consoles and Nintendo Switch. A bit of a mixed bag really so a bit disappointed.

    very nice looking HDMI Switch box, great remote. it's very slow at switching, not good at all. I've since bought 3x seamless HDMI switchers that switch instantly without any delay these work great. unfortunately i can't recommend this AVIDGRAM 5x1 HDMI Switch as it's just to slow at switching between devices

    Possibly the best switch you're going to find. I've tried a few that claimed to do "4K 60Hz at 4:4:4" but most crap out at 4K30, require CVT-RB, or require you to turn off HDR mode for 4:2:2. This handles FULL TRUE HDMI 2.0 4K60 like a champ.

    PROS:
    ✔️ Two ITE chipsets inside while rated for 600 MHz HDMI 2.0 it does support NVIDIA 4K 60Hz at 4:4:4 which calculates to 712MHz CVT without reduced blanking
    ✔️ Made of solid metal, built like a tank, what else is there to say?
    ✔️ Nice metal "Switch Button" upfront works to toggle between modes
    ✔️ No USB power required if you have more than 3 devices "ON", it just taps 5v from HDMI plugs
    ✔️ Automatically switches (if you want it to)
    ✔️ Works with HDR mode
    ✔️ No added latency, it's like a direct connection

    CONS:
    - Remote uses IR which requires you to "point" directly at it, no biggie unless you're lazy
    - No rubber feet on the bottom so it does slide around slightly
    - Switching isn't instant, mayble around ~5 or ~7 before it shows up

    This thing deserves to be featured, they put design & engineering effort into building a custom switch like this. Most brands just toss in some cheap components but with AVIDGRAM you're getting premium grade. I bought multiple of them and would HIGHLY recommend this.

    I've enjoyed using this. I bought this originally to replace and old 3 hub adapter I bought back in 2012 (surprised it lasted that long for $15 dollars back then.) This works wonders. As others said the remote can interfere sometimes or be affected by other remotes yes, due to alot of devices running on the same frequency. Luckily for me I have it close enough it range I use the switch more on the device itself rather than the remote. A future Bluetooth option for a way to connect to your phone. It does exactly what it says it does, I have a 4K TV already but it runs all the devices I have at the highest resolution with no stutter, no issues, I have connected at most up to 3 devices to this with no issue with an output being connected to my TV. Build quality feels pretty nice for it having a somewhat metal feel to it, button to switch hdmi sources/input is nice and clicky we love those. Overall for the price and feel it's great!
