Best glucosamine tablets I've taken
The tablets are a lots easier to swallow than previous glucosamine I have taken..I suffer dreadfully with painful hips, I've already had one hip replacement, awaiting another. I do take painkillers as it's the only way I can manage to keep mobile. Since taking these tablets, I found I decrease in the number of painkillers i take.. I am not saying these tablets are a miracle cure, but without taking them, I am in a lot more pain. I have tried other glucosamine on their own, but i didn't have the same results.. would definitely recommend these

    I’ve been taking these for a while and like many supplements it’s hard to know whether they are effective. Having taken them for a few months there was a week or so that I didn’t have them and my joints did ache more. Perhaps unrelated but I do believe these are helping.

    The tablets are reasonably big but not hard to swallow albeit don’t have any taste improving coating.

The reason for the 3-star review is, despite it saying at the top of the ad page that "Our supplement contains 1000mg of Glucosamine Sulphate", these are NOT 1,000mg capsules. They are 500mg, and only by taking their "suggested daily dose" of 2 capsules can you get the recommended 1,000mg daily intake of Glucosamine. Two caveats: if your eyesight is good enough, it does say this in the product photo of the back of the bottle, and secondly, it appears that other supplement sellers on Amazon pull the same trick. But the bottom line is that 180 capsules is only 90-days worth, which makes them twice as expensive as they first appear. I wonder if Amazon knows or cares about this practice?
