There is so much to like with this massager, but I ended up returning it.... The massager fits a whole range of feet sizes, that is good. If you take a look at my photos you will see that there are three rotating discs on each side, six disc in total, offering massaging to the front, toe area, the arch and the heel of each foot. The centre disc is raised above the others, to accommodate the arch. The zipped cover detaches to allow it to be washed as needed. The buttons on the head of the unit are well placed and easy to get to, by foot...! I would suggest wearing a pair of thin socks when using it, for hygiene reasons, especially if shared. I have uploaded a video showing it in use, in my bare feet, that was done to show you how it massages each of the toes when in use. The video shows it being used on its highest rotation speed, the slowest setting is very slow and perhaps not very useful. If you use the heat setting, and wear a thin pair of socks, do not expect to feel a lot of heat. A very gentle warmth is the best you can hope for. The unit itself has an incline stand, that extracts and allows the unit to tilt. That is most useful. Since I seem to suffer from recurring episodes of Plantar Fasciitis I was hopeful that this massager would help with that. I do feel that it could be useful but I'll get to the points why I felt it needed to be returned. Even wit ha 15% discount applied I felt the cost was not that competitive.     According to the manual you are offered a twelve months warranty with it.

    I hesitate to recommend this massager. But it isn't bad, just not what we expected and the cost is a little high. It could well offer benefit for my PF problems but I'll look at alternatives. For many it seems to work really well, just not for me and our expectations - influenced by its cost.
    Worthy of consideration and perhaps trying.

    It’s big, bulky and noisey. I had been recommended to get one of the cheap little foot roller massagers to help with circulation due to all the time spent sitting at my desk working at home. I thought I’d get this as assumed it must be so much better - wrong. It was much bigger than expected - it was so bulky that I had to put it to the side of the desk and not under as too high to rest my feet on and was in the way. It was way too noisey to use while working - if you gently pressed the area you wanted the massage rollers to work on,, the noise got even louder and had a burning smell. I persevered for another 2 weeks and then gave up - it sat for 2 months unused. Gave it to a neighbour who had the exact same experience and she said even though she got it for free she said it was a waste of money and gave it to another neighbour who said it was sat with her bread maker and ice cream maker - consigned to the ‘seemed like a good idea at the time’ purchases. The irony is, the cheap little foot roller that looks like a knobbly little hand weight for a few pounds, is perfect and does exactly what I wanted. It wasn’t good for me sadly.

    Foot massager appears well built and is lightweight and easy to stash away. I have plantar fasciitus and this machine has helped tremendously. I use it 4 times a day and can now walk on my heel first thing when I get up in the morning, which I couldn't do previously. I also use Salford insoles which help, but do no take the morning pain away.
    There is a stand which you can use to elevate the machine to get a better angle. This could've done with some rubber guards as if used on hard floors, it can start to move across the floor - I just use a mat. The power cord is a decent length and the cover zips off for easy cleaning. I did wonder how long the zip off cover would last with the friction from the nodes - only time will tell. The heat function is good and I think sufficient, especially if you use it longer than the timed 15 minutes. I have tried this as a back massager and it works well for the lower back. For the shoulders I had to use a blanket on my shoulders as it was a bit too hard without it. All in, I'm pleased I picked this machine!
